30ml gin โ choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc โ a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake โ select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
