The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the wildly popular video game Call of Duty, has died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.

His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the video game company which he helped establish.

The influential game designer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a motorway in Los Angeles on Sunday, according to.
